(impressions kids club)
Impressions Kids Club started with humble origins as a homely pottery studio with a cottage-like atmosphere, growing into an art studio. Now, it is a kid's club housing both an indoor play space and enriching classes.
Logo
The rebranding efforts focused on bringing in elements from the brand's journey. The winged unicorn was the mascot of the brand during its time as an art studio, and the nature elements are inspired by the cottage-like pottery studio. The flower blooming over head being a representation of fostering creativity and growth.
Fonts
Cursive fonts that had a handwritten look were chosen to retain that artistic background while still matching that cottage identity.
Stylings
Breaking away from the cottage aspect to introduce spots of colours to create a fun and inviting look for children.
The style and look for the illustrations used for the brand were created by @moppyart. The brush strokes used for the illustrations were chosen to achieve a hand drawn look as opposed to a cleaner more digital looking brush. This choice was made in line with the brand's focus on arts and craft related classes. The two sets of illustrations here were done by me following the style that was decided upon.
IKC Logo
An alternate look with the brand's initials to provide a secondary way to present the logo. Allows for the logo to be utilised in different compositions.
